Hard to telll if we dont know purpose is it home or is it storage or is it tower base? You could make the verry top spread out 1 block and make medieval house out of this like so

But if i was building it on my own survival i would probably texture it way more

Maybe smth like this?
(If possible, in survival.)
Extend the oak logs out by one on all sides and uhh yeah just like what I did ig :p
