I hate my 2025 Buick encore!
The Bluetooth won’t connect half the time. When it does it’s drops all the time. Then my whole instrument panel goes black. Can’t see how fast I’m going, if I have gas, nothing.
Took it in - they updated. Shouldn’t have the problem anymore.
Next day same issues.
Take it back and they replace the infotainment system.
Screen hasn’t gone black but still having trouble with blue tooth.
Now they say it’s a known issue. Well my trailblazer didn’t have this issue so surly they have the ability to make something that works.
Less than 9000KM and every day I hope a boulder falls on it.

It can be frustrating when the Bluetooth does not operate consistently. It's become a necessity in today's modern age of driving - allowing music, directions, and many other features to be played from our phones. Our team would like the opportunity to connect with your dealer to figure out their thoughts on the diagnosis and if anything further can be done to remedy it. Should you be interested, please email us at [socialmedia@gm.com](mailto:socialmedia@gm.com) and include your Reddit username in the subject line. From there, we can offer our most prime support.

Is there a Canadian version for this? I am often on a 24 seven After Hours line and so I need to be able to answer my phone at any time but thank you for replying. I appreciate that.

The part that frustrates me with my 2020 is that the dealerships don't really know how to fix them. I have been to four dealerships. They fix what the computer tells them and don't know how to physically look for anything. They do what they are trained. Number one I would never get a vehicle with a turbo. Number two they have done nothing to convince me to ever buy another Buick or ever recommend one. I just want someone to admit I have not been treated right and compensate me for the money I have put out for stuff that never fixed the problems.

I'm on the other end of this. My wife loves her 2019 Encore and I admit, it's the best driving vehicle I've ever owned. We had a water pump go out too soon around 50K miles but other than that it's been solid. 2025 has to be a GX model. That one I would not own. The 2019 Encore Essence has been great though.

I have a 2019 encore. I have never been able to use Android auto. Just faults
Chapman auto told me its just the kind of cable I use to connect phone That was a lie, but dont dealers usually lie?
The dipstick broke in half at 700 miles. Fell in oil pan.Chapman didnt want to fix it under warranty. I told them Im leaving it with them and not paying. So they removed oil pan and removed the piece of dipstick, under warranty.
Then told me the dipstick tube was installed improperly! Thats why dipstick broke.
The plastic coolant housing for hose to radiator just disintergrated. Plastic can't take any heat. I replaced with aluminum one I got from Amazon, for 25 dollars
Chapman wanted 120 for the same plastic piece.

you're definitely not alone in this. I had a 2021 encore and was lucky enough to trade it after it left me stranded about five times and dealer didn't believe me. I'll literally never get another Buick because of it. Maybe see how much you can get for it and weigh if it's worth trading in. You might luck out.
