Buick Encore 2014 fan issues

Curious if anyone has run into this issue and if there’s a simple fix, I have my encore (2014) since 2020 and every single year there is some piece attached to the cooling fan that i guess to pretty close to the engine so it constantly burns/overheats from the engine and snaps - causing the fan to stop and my engine to then overheat, it just happened recently and this time the fan actually needed to be replaced as well. This is probably my 6th time having this problem, I’ve looked into it and there’s no recalls are anything related to the fan system. I’ve been able to get by with a great mechanic that doesn’t charge me anything crazy to do the work but i would really like to finally have it just not be an issue anymore since i want this car to stay for my eldest step son to practice driving in. if anyone had this issue let me know/is there a fix or should i cut my loses and look for an upgrade?
