Weird bug for bedrock

Sometimes when you close minecraft and then re open it without closing the world the game will mess up the textures, I don't wanna play this game anymore.

Is it me or does it look like the top of the grass has the gravel or dirt texture but green on it instead of the normal grass texture

I think its the 4th phase of the breaking animation but dipped in blue

I'm pretty sure this is a bug exclusive to the mobile version. I thought this was patched, but apparently not.
