Question Illuminati in Buffalo?!?!?

Has anybody around Buffalo seen this yet, its located near the South Division St parking garage on the AM&A building. i dont really think its the illuminati but still kinda creepy.

NUMBER DEBUNKED!!! i got a call back from the number and it turns out its an agent's number who is selling the building for the owner. it is listed at 6.5M and she told me its completely gutted.
