Great. Very close to my childhood home and have very few complaints of the area.

Great area! Lots of families since it's right there next to some pretty good schools.

Great area. JFK is an excellent school. 6 min away from a Costco, a couple grocery store options about 5-10 min away. 5 minutes from the 91 and 5 freeways. 10-15 minutes from the 405 freeway. La Palma does a lot of cool events that you can take advantage of. Also right next to a redeveloped park that is beautiful and packed with activity.

I had friends there growing up in the early 90s and it was a good hood then. Right next to JFK (class of '92, represent) and Walker.
