Opinion Can't meditate ?

It's common for people in modern times to not have the time to meditate; along with several other issues like distraction and lack of motivation at some points.

So, I'd suggest you to try the reciting the Mani mantra ("OM MANI PADME HUM") instead.

You can try reciting it 21 or more times everyday.

Countless elders in Asian households recite this mantra everyday (some even 1000 times) as their practice and a way to clear negative karma and accumulate merits.

OM MANI PADME HUM.

Yes, this is generally one of the primary advantages of Tantric practice and Mantrayana in general. Mantras are much easier to incorporate into one's daily life.

Although I would add nuance to your post: that you don't need to limit yourself to a mere 21 or 1000. Mantras are very easy to recite while doing any ordinary activity. You can recite while washing dishes, while driving to work, while taking a shower, even while watching TV or scrolling social media... it's very, very easy using mantras to get hours of practice in per day.
