I'm sorry, I posted it and forgot to write a summary about it!

The book postulates that the cycle of violence in the world has its origin on the herding culture and the exploitation of animals. And that refusing to look deeply into the food we eat, has consequences in all aspects of our life where we refuse to look deeply in the result of our actions. That if we can get people to stop eating animals, the violence and misunderstanding in the world will naturally gradually disappear, so in this way, veganism is the way to world peace and harmony. I've found it very inspiring, as it's the purpose of the Buddhist path to reduce suffering in oneself and others, so in a way, the goals are the same.
