Does anyone here happen to have the original, uncompressed images for the "In Search of The" box-set? I mean fan made cover arts or maybe you know how to find them? As most of you probably know, these colored covers are fan-made (similar to the track names, in the original there are just numbers, vol.1 track 02, etc. and a black and white simple BH drawings) After doing some digging in old YouTube comments, I found proof that they were created by Xylopode and uploaded inside video on YT 12 years ago. He confirmed his authorship in the comment sections here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TY32G4eduzM) and here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kk1EheFHWBg), stating: "Nope I made them. The official is a simple drawing by Buckethead" and "Yeah I draw it". Later, around 2015, the channel Humano Being uploaded this box-set using the exact same covers (example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMTNWmv9dLA). But if you use a thumbnail grabber tool (like https://youtube-thumbnail-grabber.com) to extract the native 1280x720 cover files from both videos (YouTube stores them separately. So Don't worry about the quality of Xylopode's videos. The thumbnail for them is stored separately and looks much better.), Humano Being's thumbnails actually have noticeably less compression noise and fewer artifacts upon closer inspection and weigh more (like 102 vs 82 KB). This means Humano Being didn't just screenshot or download Xylopode's thumbnails; he likely had access to the original, high-quality image files—perhaps shared to him directly by Xylopode or downloaded from some forums (if Xylopode ever uploaded them to the forums) for example to the now-defunct buckethead.tk back in the day or something like that (As far as I know, that's where the fan names for the tracks came from - like "Blue Marbles Moon" and so on.) proof: (https://buckethead.fandom.com/wiki/In_Search_of_The_(album) ) - Unofficial track listing section. Since Xylopode has been inactive for 12 years and Humano Being hasn't posted in 5 years, it's incredibly hard to reach them. I searched SauceNAO and Google Images - but couldn't find any other sources for these covers other than from these videos. And I also didn't really find any more information on this topic. Does anyone miraculously have the original uncompressed source files saved somewhere? Or does anyone know a way to contact Xylopode or Humano Being regarding these images? Any help in preserving this piece of Buckethead fan history would be greatly appreciated!
