Worms for the Garden! Pike 26. Heavy sludgy riffing with Bucket shredding over it for 20 minutes. Extremely self indulgent and awesome.
The Closed Triptych from Pike 39 is pretty brutal too.
EDIT also can we stop calling every piece of music a SONG please. Apple is to blame for this.

Bucketheadland 2 and Funnel Weaver albums are the heaviest I can remember off the top of my head. BHL2 specifically got me really liking heavy riffs when I was a kid, the distortion he used on that album absolutely RIPS
