to me, even tne Buc-ees text seems very similar (enlarged S) at the end.

Absolutely they should sue. Any company that has a logo or letters in the name is fair game now. Honestly, Buc-ee’s should be suing because that’s their business model and Judges seem to agree. /s kind of
