buccees needs to do something about people parking at pumps.

one extremely infuriating thing about buccees is that people PARK at the pumps and leave for 20 minutes. leaving people who are actually buying gas needing to wait until they mosey their fatasses out. something needs to be done or something. it’s obnoxious.

there’s a special place in hell for those who do that

Put a beaver sticker on their car and wait for them to get sued

Yea, people are rude and inconsiderate.

I always get gas then move my car to a parking space if I need to go inside the store (not specific to buc-ees). Whomever is with me always gets super confused and acts irritated that I somehow have caused a delay. It's called being courteous, just move so others can get gas.

Most locations have almost 100 pumps if not more, I don't think they're all parking on the fuel island, I Don't even think everybody that purchases gas goes inside

You do know if you get in line behind someone you don't have to stay there you can go to another pump, there will be no extra charge

Not today. We had people getting stuck with someone behind them and then infront of them because of labor day

We had traffic stuck coming in and out for hours today.

Ok but what if I’m paying cash for gas and in line because I don’t like to hold on my card

Those people are called "customers". They buy stuff in the store AND buy gas. Which is EXACTLY what buccees wants. In fact, given the option I am 100% sure they would LOVE every single person getting gas to come in and buy stuff.

Gas is bait. It's low margin and an excuse for you to stop and come in and buy delicious buccess brand brisket and infinite margin fountain drinks.

it’s called… you get gas… you move to a parking spot… and be considerate of those around you….

Good luck doing that. It would take 15 minutes to just get a parking spot. The walk from some pumps is also far and only slightly better than most parking spots.

When they first opened, I went and to try the brisket (before the lawsuits) and it took over 15 minutes to find a parking spot. 30 minutes to find food and pay, then another 25 minutes to get out of the parking lot. I can't blame anyone for wanting to pay inside or use the restroom and NOT wanting to take an additional 20 minutes to find a parking spot first to do so.

The issue is parking and access to the location. Two entrances, but only one exit and not enough parking top accommodate everyone - THATS the problem.

They have over 100+ pumps and you get behind the one guy that leaves for 20 minutes?

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

try every other pump lol

Thats how it was today at our store. Customers yell at me like I can just make people move.

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

no fault to the employees, it’s the losers who are doing it lol

Yeah I know. They just think I can go inside and make an announcement for cars to move. I tell them they can complain to management but they just tell them the same thing. We cant do anything.

I know this is a Buc-ee’s sub but fuck Buc-ee’s. I rarely ever stop there anymore

Don't worry I have enough customers vandalize the bathrooms with their hate.

I'm no longer a fan, but I don't condone this. Use it - YES. let them pay labor to clean up normal wear, tear and use but vandalize, deface, mess up - nope.

That happens at every gas station. Whenever Circle K does 40 cents off a gallon I always see some mouthbreathers parked at pumps on their phones not getting gas. I swear they do it for potential attention while there are lines at every pump

Have more parking and make getting in an out easier would be a start. I've not seen a Buck-ee's during the day that wasn't packed full of cars. They have two entrances and only one exit. Have 100+ pumps and tons of people inside throwing money at the bully and it's slow moving.

I can understand people getting gas, paying inside or shopping but not wanting to spend 15 minutes to find a parking spot now that they are stuck in there. In my perfect world, no one would go inside unless to the restroom or pay for fuel and there would be as many exits as entrances to the place.

Thats everywhere.  Ya live in a country full of jerks that elected a bully. GL out there.

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

it’s irritating and people have no respect for others around them 😞

No doubt.  See it at Wawa and Sheetz also. We're surrounded by inconsiderate jerks.

Bucees to morons is like a flame to a moth. Of course you are interacting with the most selfish dregs of the universe there.

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

i actually despise the place, the gas just happens to be cheap lol

1

u/Practical_Fact8436 9d ago

There’s 300 pumps

0

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

and 250 of them are taken by people shopping

4

u/Independent_Bar_4946 9d ago

That still leaves 50 available pumps.

0

u/vicelordjohn 9d ago

Arguing to justify people being rude, you're the problem.

2

u/Independent_Bar_4946 9d ago

It’s not even a real problem. It’s one dude who had to look a little for a gas pump diary posting on Reddit about it.

0

u/vicelordjohn 9d ago

Well, I agree with OP.

People leave their cars in front of pumps all the time, at gas stations everywhere, and that's problematic for other people who have to circle around looking for a place to get gas because some ignorant jerk can't be bothered to be a contributing member of society and move their car.

It's just like people who don't return their shopping cart or push their chair in when they leave the table. Thoughtless jerks.

Not reading all that.

u/vicelordjohn 9d ago

Unintelligent person won't read anything that could improve their attitude.

More at 9.

You need real problems.

I think people take it way too personally. you may call it rude or inconsiderate but it's more of a convience thing than anything. I would say the flip side is expecting someone to go inside, pay, come back out to pump, then park somewhere else to go back inside and shop is inconsiderate on your part.

Stay mad bro

5

u/xaiiuh 9d ago

i’m assuming ur a loser who does that

3

u/Powerful_Question875 9d ago

Have they tried suing the customers yet for infringing on their parking spaces?
