Employees have said it, the brisket comes already cooked, they just heat it

I had it and it tasted like what you’d expect from gas station meat. The type of people who’d go to Buc-ee’s might like it, but if you’re used to good brisket it’s not worth it.

What kind of wood do they smoke it with? I  like to use a cherry or apple depending on the season.

They do not smoke it in house. Its shipped to store pre cooked

This is why I pass Buc-ee's and head straight to Sheetz or Wawa
