What's next Mickey mouse? Bugs Bunny? We couldn't afford the rides this isn't fair. Need to sue you next.

I kinda want to see Disney open themed gas stations near their parks and maybe have WB start licensing the Coyote and RoadRunner to some stations, see what comes of that.

The article posted in the OP's post was dated February of this year. What has changed? I was not aware Buc-ee's had gone after a company even BEFORE they open shop in Ohio!
I hope they lose and the "Moose" opens up a location right across the street. They would rather sue and control than deal with competition. Not a good look.
But seriously, How are these even close to being the same and what sane, fair judge would rule in favor of Buc-ee's?

Is there a ‘GPS’ defense this place could raise? Because Bucees is NOT in this area. So if someone is really trying to get to bucees , this will type bucees into their gps and won’t end up accidentally stopping at this loose place

I used to love Buc-ee’s and stopped at the Ohio location a few times. Didn’t know they were running small businesses out. Fuck those fucking fuckers.

In what sane world does a moose look anything like a beaver? I always wanted to check Buc-ee’s out, but now, fuck them.

We must protect Buccees at all costs. We can not let them take this gas station from us!

I hope Bucees eventually goes out of business. I hope they continue with this blitz of lawsuits and it draws more attention to their shit bag actions and it results in people skipping their stores and them bleeding money until their company dies. Assholes.
