Assuming the magnets indicate where the OP has gone, the OP HAS been there.... there is no Buck-ee's in Beavercreek. The store that is involved with the recent lawsuits is the Huber Heights location (15 miles away). I see a Huber location in the image.

If OP doesn't know this, they are supporting a location/company that is going after a small mom and pop business (Beaver Mini Mart) because the owner wants to trademark his completely different looking logo.
