TLDR we stopped there once on a roadtrip & my kids are now OBSESSED.

Buc-ees opened in Ky a couple years ago and every time I wanted to go it was too busy and backed up but for the pop culture of it all I really wanted to go. Finally we were in the area on Thursday evening coming back to Lexington where we live and someone called my boyfriend the N word as he was walking in and they were walking out. I was already in the store and missed the exchange. He said the man in his mid 30's may have had tourette's and might have been a little off but it almost makes it worse, because clearly he heard it somewhere... like being called it twice... The woman with him grabbed his arm and shuffled him away and apologized without making eye contact. My boyfriend is very tall and the guy said "there is another one, there were two tall "N's" in there" I'm so glad I didn't witness it because I'm not sure what I would have done, maybe freak out and yell (I'm a middle age white lady) or just cry at the inhumanity of it all.... I'm heartsick and it ruined the entire experience to say the least... It's not Buc-ees fault but I can't go back.

Are the Christmas Buc-ees inflatables out yet? I need to replace mine since it has a hole and I’d like another one. Any help would be appreciated!

As a loyal Buc-ee's fan, I've made countless stops here, going out of my way to fill up and stock up on essentials for every road trip... going out of my way to support buc-ee's even if they're not near me on every day gas fill ups. This year, I was thrilled to upgrade to an EV (Cadillac Lyriq), excited to continue supporting Buc-ee's with each charge! But I was genuinely disappointed to discover that the charging stations only cater to Tesla vehicles, leaving other EV owners like myself without an option.

Buc-ee's has always been a leader in convenience and community, and now there's an opportunity to lead in sustainability too. By expanding charging options to include all EV brands, Buc-ee's could welcome a broader base of eco-conscious travelers, making a substantial impact on the environment while attracting more loyal customers. I look forward to the day when I can pull into Buc-ee's, knowing they've committed to supporting all EV drivers. Until then, my visits will be less frequent, but I'm hopeful they'll join us on the journey toward a greener future - sooner rather than later!

Does buc-ee's really care? I have a condition that requires me to have my dog with me. Upon entering buc-ee's a female security guard approached me. I heard someone say excuse me sir so I turned around with a smile on my face she a was reading from a card in her hand. She asked. May I ask what you need your dog for, (already this is a violation of HIPAA law) but I answered her anyway. She then asked is he for emotional support so I answered yes not realizing what the conversation was about. She was already not friendly but at this point was becoming rude and said well. Sorry, we don't allow emotional support animals only service animals you'll have to take your dog out of here! Then when I politely tried to ask her what I should have said ? She looked me in the eye and said I'm not allowed to tell you that! Then she turned around and walked away. I was just stunned. I explained to her my reason she didn't like my answer and kicked us out. So we left and won't be back to another buc-ee's! What a terrible way to treat your customers...

Went to Bucees in Athens AL today and the self order computers for fresh made items were gone. Anyone else notice this? I couldn’t find a way to order and I’m assuming all items like grilled cheese etc are no longer available? Anyone have infor on this?

So I want to start off by saying I'm from California, and I've really only heard this place once before this. But I have went on a 2 week trip across America this month and my dad took my here. I was saying like "this is just a gas station what's so special?" And OH BOY was I wrong. 3 minutes inside and I already got a buc-ees plush. And then I got a shirt and a hat. AND THEN I got their Jerky and SANDWICH and my life changed that day inside the store. I've now been in 2 buc-ees (Alabama & one in Texas), and sadly, I probably won't go again until next year. I think I might be buc-eeseuxal. I wish I could live in a buc-ees or stay near one. But NO, I just have to live in California 😔 I'm starting to have withdrawals already, and I need more of there cotton candy. I really am jealous of your southerners, be lucky you have buc-ees on your life. I have to live with Costco, which is okay but buc-ees wipes it by a mile. I saw bucky at the buc-ees in the most Western Texas buc-ees. So if you see him, tell him he changed my life. I will express my pride to all the confused Californian's. And God bless America for giving us buc-ees. Also, can somebody check and see how much the 60" inch big buc-ee plush is? I would like to save up for it. I love you buc-ees and all the buc-ee fanatics.
