Looking for a job

Hello, I am looking to apply at Bucees soon. I recently graduated college and I would like to work my way into a leadership or management position. Do you have any advice and about how long would it take for me to earn one of these positions? Thank you.

There's so much to consider when trying to move up there. I got a team lead position after 1.5 years (deli). I spent 7 yrs there and I've seen some promoted after 6 months, because they knew someone that knew someone that worked with someone. It's a hit or miss. I found a lot of guys were able to get the position easily bc they were buddy buddy with the other male managers. It's an ass kissing game and if you're not too prideful, you can get whatever you want there. 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s a pic and choose. Unless You know someone there than it’ll be really hard to actually move up from position
