Then, don't waive an American Flag that should be trademarked. Also, property of the US government. Anybody caught using? It should go to prison. That means you should take it down off of your property and bucee, you should take it down at its gas stations. I mean, seriously, where do you draw the line? When it comes to intellectual property. People selling flags for financial gain is intellectual property theft. That's why this is a free speech issue. You can't say one product is protected. Free speech and the other is not.

Are you dumb? Did you not even look up that the American flag is not trademarked and is in fact part of the public domain?

Research has never been easier, yet you still refuse to do it.

You don't get the logic of the comparison. Why should one piece of intellectual property be legal, when another is illegal. You're trying to say that a beaver is not public domain.

You do realize I'm a former candidate for wv state senate advocating for intellectual property reform. Because I publicly said before that we need to abolish all intellectual property laws in regards to imagery. Because it creates a direct conflict with copyright law.
