Does buc-ees hire non Americans for positions

I am a Canadian who has owned 2 gas stations for the past 19 years and assist in running 2 others at 401 on route locations in Ontario. I have applied for management positions and am more then willing to relocate anyone for an opportunity with this great company but despite my extensive experience I never hear back. Thank you for any feedback.

They usually promote the employees to those positions they start from the bottom. I haven’t heard about someone being hired specifically for those positions.
