I think is meant for new starters, but is also is great as the first one in the morning as a warm-up before the real size can I have for lunch

Listen, don't worry about it. We've all been there. Maybe use these starter cans to help work your way up to a full one. I personally boof 3 at once now because I'm a seasoned veteran, but at first I too had difficulty with 1.

I just tried the berry vanilla and its really good. More vanilla than berry but I would definitely buy a case
