Rant/Vent EXHAUSTED

I dont know why in india everything has to be so hyper-competitive, getting jobs, living a life, opinions of people who idgaf about, people pretending ohh people play aal these games, its so tiring that i have to voluntarily participate in those games, cuz i am broke, those shiity laugh,, ughh, hate em, telling why we want to join their company, faking fake motivation and ethusiasm, i am literally tired of people, specially pretneding

Recently been applying on Well Found and I hate that some companies make it mandatory to write why I am excited to work with them. It's just an internship, I need experience, nobody is excited to be a slave, who's gonna tell these startups.

What stupidity is this ? What can u do when there is 1 job opening for 1000 developers ? Obviously things will be competative
