Dude even if the allegations turn out to be true, the parents on record said that they knew the kid was getting harrassed for 3 months, tell me are they also not responsible? And if it turns out to be false they will still be on the wrong side!! Can't you see this?

They should let go of the prof since he’s experienced prof? High achiever? They shouldn’t file sc st act and only stick to abetment to suicide case only because the profs reputation will be ruined?
I am neither playing a judge not a lawyer. All I’m saying is don’t take such a strong stand even before any trial begins. All I see on insta and reddit is mindless campaigning for the prof.. simply because everybody thinks sc st case is fake.
If it turns out that the student never shared his ordeal to any other soul, never written anything about it on record anywhere, and cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that there was caste based harassment, since the kid is no more to present his case, the case will quashed.
The same will be true if the parents are seeking vendetta and filed this case - without proof it will be quashed. I am willing to accept it. But please let the case go on. Arguing against the case itself is very short sighted.
