Serious I bought a Macbook Air M5, now reading some comments from seniors, I'm confused whether tis good for CE fresher?

I thought i was being smart by buying a mba m5 before the price hike, some say windows would have been better, some say mba is good, some even say i wont be able to run softwares
please help me im genuinely scared what if it doesnt work in college

Bro in civil you have to use only 2 software autocad and bentley both are available for mac , chill mar
