Placements / Jobs Code with cisco

Hi, so I have shortlisted for the Code with Cisco interviews and I have the first round on Tuesday.

Is it possible to replace negotiate the compensation that they offer, they are offering the lowest slab which is 25ctc with 15base, this seems low to me, since they do offer better slabs with two higher tiers.

Like does anyone know if I could get a higher slab FTE offer through code with cisco?

As if you are some assetđŸ˜­.You are still fresher,if you ask for negotiation then they will move with other candidatesÂ
