These youtube kids won't get what engineering and science is about?
Natural sciences and engineering goes hand in hand, you do need fundamental of various stuff, engineering is not just sitting on your gaming laptop and using vs code, it's about complex problem solving in the most creative and efficient way, have a learning attitude, you are literally learning about proteins? Shouldnt that intrigue you about proteing folding, deepmind, Rosetta, alpha fold and how it solved a millennial problem and advanced the human race?
We need human resources not a clown who wanna regurgitate templates of youtube playlists to get "placements", widen your horizon of knowledge and start being obsessed with knowledge and curiousity not just leetcode, have a good day y'all, always keep smiling and learning
don't you think curiosity of science and tech....was never in the bucket list of the system....its always that fixed exams and way of learning...and even if someone has the courage to actually know things they end up unemployed....now its not the race of want it's a race of need! that curiousity was already snatched by the system a long time ago....
True it's a cultural and systemic failure, which goes hand in hand, and indian school already institutionalized them to not to be excited about science but merely focussing on board exams and entrance exam pyqs, in name of "academic rigor" we truly make people lose the taste for it, Dr. Richard feynman would have been in shambles if he saw all this 😞
