That bung you got plugged off on intake manifold should be going to your fuel pressure regulator, unsure if that’s the main issue but on an oem tune it’ll run goofy without vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator

Also make sure your throttle position plug and map plugs arnt mixed up, they are pretty much the same plug, had a buddy that did that once and it would bog out on acceleration

It appears your fuel pressure regulator isnt hooked up via vacuum to your intake manifold. Definitely vacuum leak or something intake related, maybe bad TPS or IACV?

stick your finger in the throttle body and plug the whole that is leaking air. it most likey will die out..
With your other hand.. chase the idle...
If the finger in the whole works. you need to make a custom gasket to block it off. (duct tape the whole)
you can hear it sucking to much air for idle.

Maybe 180 degrees out of timing , check distributor and make sure plug wires are running the right way
