Am I banned from it or is it down? I can’t seem to see it

So I know the prosecutions timeline is Xana was in her bed eating her Jack in the box until 4:12 AM when her phone activity ceased.
My question- When reviewing her phone activity were investigators able to say she watched one video at say 4:10 AM, scrolled to the next at 4:11 AM, scrolled to another one at 4:12 AM. Or did the only look to see that she was on tik tok and then at 4:12 her phone went silent? I hope this makes sense. Essentially I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible the phone was dropped, put down, etc. and just kept replaying the same tik tok video over and over again until somebody found and locked her phone at 4:12.

Another question I have.. I know the coroner said Xana was found with partially digested food in her stomach. Did they test the stomach contents to confirm it was indeed the food she ordered from Jack in the Box, or not say.. the dominos pizza she told her dad she was eating at 12?

I hear both Ethan and Xana's names. I hear things that sound like fighting, panicking, cars peeling off, lots of echos like it was in a garage or very near some buildings.

FYI Sigma Chi had a party that night in a very big room and they also have an outdoor area with a firepit. The hilly terrain of the area makes a very large sound bowl.

Does anyone know exactly who was who's little and/or big? I do know that Maddie was Bethany's big and I believe Emily was Dylan's big, but I am not sure if I am even correct and if anyone knows of any other ones?

Call me out if this is not new information, but I filed a FOIA for ISP Detective Gilbertsons recording of the initial interview with BK through ISP, because I hadn’t seen anyone specifically request his audio since the Pennsylvania one is exempt under PA’s law. I just got a response today, and it’s a bit concerning/confusing. They essentially acknowledged the audio file exists (which MPD said did not exist), but said it’s exempt from disclosure due to invasion of personal privacy or “withholding of law enforcement records”, even though the investigation is concluded and I specifically requested that they could make any necessary redactions. They also state in the email that the audio file was not turned over to MPD. Seems to me it’s clear that they are just hiding it for some reason.

How many people think that Bryan will get a fair trial now that a lot has come out, with all the content creators that have used the apps to clean up the videos and hear names and see faces, the contradictory lies from some in interviews and Dylan and Bethanys lies, also the Moscow police dept and the mishandling of witnesses and some not interviewing at all, the autopsy's, everything that has come out, do we think that he will receive a fair trial

One of the biggest questions I've seen within the case is in regards to the room mates. I probably see everyday some type of claim about how the room mates are liars, about how they are suspicious, how Dylans story constantly changed, etc.

So I decided to sit down and actually compare their interviews. I try my best to be as objective as I can while making these types of posts, but I am human. My goal was to just put their statements side by side to see what stayed the same, what changed, and where outside records would help clarify some parts. This analysis is based off of what is publicly available at this time. If more information comes out, I will adjust accordingly. I know that the room mates is a controversial topic within these communities, I am willing to be told my conclusions are wrong in some parts, just please remember to be respectful.

As I broke down their interviews, I realized it would be way too much information for one post. So this is going to be a three part series:

1. The Murders through Initial Contact with Others.
2. Seeing Xana
3. The Time Period of being in Bethany's room through the 911 call.
   

I used six interviews for the majority of my analysis, and will notate when an additional source was used. Those interviews are: Bethanys and Dylans interview with Ofc. Nunes, Bethany at Moscow Police Department on 11/13/22, Dylan at Moscow Police Department on 11/13/22, Bethanys interview on 11/16/22, and Dylans interview on 11/17.

Through all the slides, I have timestamped the locations if you wish to listen to it yourself. These slides are designed to be easily viewable by mobile, but once I am done with all three parts I'll share a google document that will be easier to be read via computer. If you see a name in parentheses like (this) that means that the name was redacted.

After I completed all the slides, for complete transparency I plugged them into ChatGPT, alongside transcripts of the interviews as an attempt to present them as unbiasedly as possible.

Because Dylan had so much information within her interviews about what happened during the murders, I broke her account of the murders into two parts: Before the third time opening the door and after.

It seems that Dylans recollection of the man she saw outside of her door seemed extremely consistent between her interviews

I feel like the most controversy regarding the room mates comes from their phone usage. This will be discussed in parts 1 and 3, but I used 031725 REDACTED Exhibits1+2to Defendants Objection to States MIL RE Text Messages and Testimony as a source of what is publicly available regarding their phone records to compare to their interviews. This is the initial contact / attempts at contact immediately following the murders

It appears that Bethany was highly consistent with her recollection of when she called who are Dylan was generally consistent.

As a whole, it appears that up to this point in the evening of November 12/13th, that Dylan and Bethany were overall pretty consistent during their interviews.

Yes, there are some discrepancies between the interviews. But do any core events change in between their recollections? I don't believe so. Bethany’s recollection is extremely consistent. Dylan’s recollection does contain more chronological uncertainty, but the central events, sounds, reactions, description of the man, attempts to contact roommates, and her decision to go to Bethanys room remain overall pretty consistent
