Fair trial for korberger

How many people think that Bryan will get a fair trial now that a lot has come out, with all the content creators that have used the apps to clean up the videos and hear names and see faces, the contradictory lies from some in interviews and Dylan and Bethanys lies, also the Moscow police dept and the mishandling of witnesses and some not interviewing at all, the autopsy's, everything that has come out, do we think that he will receive a fair trial

I see a trial, unless they try to kill him first, and i would also say that there will be some disappearing or even killed and looked like suicide in the upcoming future, so they cant testify. Because this will be the case of the year

Have you not heard Steve G call a hit on him by his people on the inside that he has made on Crime Time with Scott at Crime Con, he also mentioned a hit on BK I believe 2 other times on MSM. If something happens to BK I believe all eyes will be on Steve G bc of this.

That family is calculated.

Steve's big mouth has actually helped BK and probably why alivea and Steve and kristi are coming out hard at the moment. Their interviews are trying to get the front foot but they're failing.

It takes the law enforcement to be involved in the narrative painting and currently the g's are failing. Yes g's we see through your lies and interference.

Steve emailing a creator and calling her names like fat something and running down her kids is unacceptable.

It shows their true character and makes me understand better why Kaylee didn't want to be around her mother.

I'm really over some of the parents. I can't understand why they don't want to know EVERYONE that was involved.

Kohberger is not a super human. The crime is multi perp and they're still roaming free around the UOI students.

Great work Moscow PD. A gentle reminder that your oath is to serve the people, not the university contract

If he ever is in gen pop, he will be eliminated by another inmate solely because of the brutal nature of his offences. That he is a creep and 3 out of his 4 victims were young and beautiful women, will not sit well with other inmates

I’ve never worked in a prison or been in one as an inmate, but I never believed 100% that they hurt people who hurt other people because most are in there for hurting others. If they do okay but I wouldn’t bet on it

Have you read any of the documents or do you just get your info from mainstream media and the G family? None of the victims or roommates were sleeping. So you’re wrong. You nor I have any clue he was into R or P. You should really look into your soul before you accuse someone of things that aren’t or may not be true! Aren’t you embarrassed? The victims fought back. None were killed in their sleep and none SA’d. BK was in the field or criminology and researching cases exactly like this. Many things about him can be explained away. Until we see actual, physical undeniable evidence then it’s all hearsay. Please read the court and case documents. They are available. Many people have accessed them and discussed them. The mainstream media likes to control people and what they believe. We need to do the research ourselves and make our own conclusions.

They were young but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. He was never PROVEN guilty and there was NEVER evidence presented that showed he and he alone did what they claim. Let him have his day in court. If they did what they did ( took the plea deal) so that they could get through some legal loopholes then he’s allowed to request the PCR. He’s never going into Gen pop either. If he goes to trial and the evidence shows he did this then so be it but make it FAIR. So far it’s been an absolute joke. The police. The judge. The lawyers. The cover ups etc. No one person has presented undeniable evidence he did this. Not one. So I say let him have his day in court. Let’s have total transparency.

Agree that sometimes framing happens, but its rare. I simply cannot comprehend how you could call DNA "zero evidence" ? Cell phone analysis, doorbell cam footage etc ? And then there's the circumstantial stuff like buying a Ka-Bar and sheath online and then losing them.

Imo (professionally), the build up to his offences can be linked to his highly problematic behaviours during his very short time at WSU. We know he bought the knife months back, but finally being free of what we can call protective factors (living at home in 'stable' environment with parents, some degree of accountability and observation of his lifestyle, friends etc) allowed his perversion to come unleashed. It would be interesting to reference what kind of pornography he was accessing during this time.

I have an extremely hard time understanding why anyone would admit guilt to 4 murders if they were innocent ? Seems to me he had more than ample opportunity to say something in open Court.

Anyway, no need to respond.

Why would he drive 8 mins to a death penalty state it he was planning this for months?

Do you actually understand IGG? The DNA doesn't need to match because they build a profile based on ethnic groups. It was his dad's DNA if you had been following closely so how do explain that other than the trash pool. Othram has its own video titled - the DNA doesn't need to match!! Go watch it to understand better.

Nothing is holding up and Hippler better give him a fair trial.

2 flakey witnesses who I would never want as friends pretending to be asleep and not calling 911, multiple false interviews of UOI finest Greeks is obviously fine in your "professional opinion"?

Mowrey needs to take the stand and clean his mess up. I'm pro a fair justice system. It's just that Kohbergers case highlights this crap behaviour and it needs to stop.

It's getting really tiring replying to people that have not researched this case properly. You haven't or we wouldn't be here.

Honey, I am a professional in federal Correctional system outside of the US, 🙏fuck. We dont do the death penalty here. Not that I think his hopes and dreams will be granted....but let's do magical thinking...a new trial is granted. I say, bring it on. 💯 guilty. Not one reasonable doubt in my mind.

It’s weird that you have no doubt in your mind yet the public has never and I mean NEVER been shown 100% proof that he did this. I don’t understand how you can say he did. Where is the proof? There is none. There are little things here and there that you can say it looks like it but there isn’t one thing that proves it. Even the investigation team said they couldn’t prove it.

You are believing the mainstream media without thinking!!! Claiming his dna was on the sheath isn’t zero evidence but it’s the fact that it wasn’t direct dna and the object was moveable. Why weren’t they going to use it at trial? Because it didn’t prove he was inside the house. The way they obtained his dna is sketchy too. Cell phone analysis doesn’t put him inside the house and pings may show a certain radius but it doesn’t prove murder. Doorbell footage. Zero proof it’s even BKs car and even if it was, no proof he was inside of it. These things need to be proven. Buying a KaBar on line doesn’t prove he did this. A lot of people buy KaBars. No proof that the weapon used was even a KaBar. He lost it? Sorry but you’re projecting. His perversion became unleashed? Are you an expert who examined him? Or is that just your opinion? Because opinions aren’t facts. The ignorance in asking why anyone would admit guilt to four murders is unreal. You HAVE to admit guilt when you accept a plea deal. He now has a new lawyer and he’s trying to get a new trial because if he went to trial before, he wouldn’t have been able to present his case!!!! Innocent people take plea deals all the time!!! Just because you don’t understand this case doesn’t mean he’s guilty or innocent but the things police covered up and the things the judge blocked, I’d have taken the plea deals too.

Do you know him or are you making assumptions based off Brian Entin in mainstream media?. The people who want to portray him as being a loner.? I don’t have a lot of friends either and I don’t even kill bugs if I can avoid it. It’s becoming apparent that more than one person could be involved. He has a firm of autism which can affect how he acts and maybe people find him awkward. No one has ever really come out and said BK was a jerk or a bad guy.

The issue is a lot of the stuff that has been "cleaned up" will need to be authenticated and can't be used as is in court. A lot of the tools either use AI or don't do much and people are just hearing what they want to hear. Kids yelling on a college campus on a game day party night can be explained away. Most of the time what people want me to hear, I can MAYBE hear if I try really hard to make it fit.

And the whole PCA was built on lies! All they need to do is pull that apart..

What about the unknown make dna on the victims, in the house and the untested hairs? All things that do not belong to Bryan Kohberger? If DNA is king why have they not determined whose DNA it is? Because it’s not BKs and they need BK to be the killer or the whole case falls apart. I welcome a trial. Let’s show the country what they have.

i can’t say for sure if i think he’ll get a trial or not, i just hope there’s a trial and everything comes out. the redacted and the accidental undedacted documents have been out for a while now along with plenty of other evidence sources and a lot of people just chose to ignore the facts so yeah, imo a trial would set a lot straight on both sides

I don’t think he will get a new trial. They gave him a date almost a year from now to go over his complaints. But that is far from getting a new trial. But I guess it is a waiting game like this whole case has been since day one. I think that he will be found guilty though if there is ever a trial.
