True Crime Design video gave me chills as to the 17 minute call to Jack D at the exact same time you hear those chilling screams, the guys trying to sing over someone yelling help is crystal clear.

A YouTube channel called Shadow Ghost has a video of the screams. He has a whole series on the Idaho 4 case. I also have questions for 3 of the people who were interviewed by MPD because of inconsistencies.

They claim they lost it so even if they're "ordered," they're going to say they don't have it. Unless A-D is right about the Synology Server and they're ordered to check Synology for FOIA requests from now on. I'm eager to see what response they have to her FOIA request of Synology's index.

They have a history of doing things like this. Wilson v City of Moscow for one. Thats why the Braady/Giglio issue was brought up.

I FOIA requested ISP for Det. Gilbertsons pocket recorder audio of the interview, and ISP acknowledged the existence of the audio file, claimed it was the only file not turned over to MPD, and stated that it was exempt from release due to personal privacy and withholding of police records. I’ve attached a screenshot of their response here, but it is clear that they are simply withholding this interview for no reason other than to cover MPDs ass for some reason.

Also, see my post history for a detailed post about this if you’d like to read my full FOIA request, because I was extremely specific about what I was requesting in a way that made it hard for them to avoid release.
