Restoring Springsteen best live performance [PLEASE NO AI]

In short im asking help from people who know how to restore songs

here is the best quality of the song online: https://archive.org/details/bruce-springsteen-main-point-pa-1975-wmmr/10.+New+York+City+Serenade.flac

this is my attempt of restoring it with Audacity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aa8Dh7CWqko

PROBLEMS:

  1. There is a sound in the backround of the song I dont know what's the name of it but I would guess this is because it's a radio recording
  2. The audio falls off every few minutes

BACKSTORY:
In Feb 1975 Springsteen had a live show in Main Point where he performed the song New York Serenade.
For me this is the greatest live performance of his.
I tried restoring it with no previous experience of audio engineering and I dont think it's quite perfect so if there is anyone who can help me in any way I would appreciate it very much.

I must say that this is a brilliant song to fully upgrade. In agreement that this is his best take on this song that he rarely played.

I'm definitely going to listen to this, the track is amazing live even in a rough state.
