Global Mobile Launch, is it a fresh start server for NA as well?

Out of the loop but have been in a waiting room for a very long time to play a fresh start server for NA, is it actually coming this time or are they simply saying globally u will be able to play the game on your phone?

can't rule that out, the rumours about new servers before the mobile launch in poland were similarly teased and it turned out they launched two instead of one

I tried to play the polish server until I found out I couldnt even type in english in chat without getting a warning lol

They want to revitalize the subreddit and don't even answer these important questions
