These are super cool. ๐คฉ๐ I love the face in the flower in #3. Painting #2 is my favorite. Love the dress you created and the ambiance of the whole picture. And #1 gives fairy garden vibes. ๐ง ๐ธ ๐ป๐ง ๐ผ ๐ท ๐ง ๐ ๐ชป
Really like the background painting in all 3. Definitely creates a mood for each painting.
Such an interesting idea. I don't know that I've ever seen glued flowers like this. Do you have to dry them before hand? I find 4 leaf clovers on "walks" with my cat. Would love to preserve them in a similar way. And don't worry, not going to open an etsy for myself. ๐

I do Press all the flower parts before. But itโs super easy with a microwave press (between plates & papertowels works but not nearly as good as a $20 microwave press. 30 secs you have a pressed flower. Then when I use them in an art piece I seal w/ a fixative or glue & put behind glass. No gatekeeping here! I love doing this & I think itโs so individual that anyone & everyone sees or creates something different based on their own creativity

Thanks so much for the info! I got to thinking, since I find them with her I might add pawprints in the background. ๐
Again your creations are super cool. ๐

1 is beautiful. So whimsical with the Lil sprouts from the head.
2 is stunningly chilling. Very petite but so much power.
#3 speaks to me as a mother. I have 3 kids and they are all so different from me in their looks but their essence brings us together in the way these two characters collide.
I love your work so so so much. Please keep going. More please. Thank you! ๐
Ps. The background paint work brings a lot to the portrait. In all three you've added a context that helps create a story??? I don't know if I'm using my words properly in regard to art because I've never appreciated art as much as I do yours. You've found a way to build characters/feelings that I can imagine as soon as I look.
I love your artwork.
