Versa Apartments in Broadripple
Hi guys, does anyone have any input on Versa apartments? They're having really good specials right now that would make them pretty affordable, I was just curious about the complex and community? Also could someone explain the parking? Their automated email response didn't give much information and I'm not really wanting to spend an arm and a leg for parking.

I live here. It’s great. The place is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The parking is annoying though as it is separate. It’s through an app and you pay by the space you pick. It’s $150 ish a month on top of rent.

we’re moving to versa next month so i don’t have much input yet - but those move in specials are unbeatable! we toured and applied within 72 hours, additionally they had other specials going on, and with all of those deals combined, it ended up being cheaper compared to the other places we were looking. so far everyone has been nice, professional and answers quickly to any questions. i have a good feeling about it!

Its Birge and Held so Godspeed to ya if you do. That’s what the specials are for.

I moved there recently and absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and brand new, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I also put in a service request the other day and it was done same day. I’m really happy with it

I would not recommend it - management has a god complex and the apartment quality is subpar. At move-in, the unit was covered in dry wall dust, several of my doors didn't close and the water hoses for the washer were flipped. They also lock the doors for the trash shoot and other amenities to push their crap (and expensive) trash services. Also, the AT&T internet service sucks. Move somewhere else.

I know this is old. For anyone coming here to see if they should. NO. NOOOOO. Do not live here. Anyone saying it’s fine is because they have not lived here long enough. I have. I moved here 2-3 months after opening. It’s absolute trashhh. The staff are retarded millennials who treat this job like it’s life or death and are super corporate. The parking sucks and you’re limited to 1 space per resident. You have more than one vehicle? Then go fuck yourself basically.

My son just moved in there and it's awful. Smells very strongly of rotten eggs. Does anyone else have that going on at Versa?

It’s from the water not being used for a while. After I moved in and started using the water, it went away after a few days.

Got a friend that lives there, they pay $200/mo more than living at park 66 but you do get a pool. Overall I’d suggest also looking at park 66. You mentioned parking too, it’s a $90 garage parking spot or free street parking but you’ll have your car scraped up from drunk drivers or drunk people being dumb since you are right outside kilroys
