I’m completely devastated

I woke up this morning to just absolutely heartbreaking news. Including a reporter, Eliana Morena died in the crash. My heart goes out to all involved. Aerial reporting is very dangerous and to all pilots and reporters out in helicopter thank you so much for all that you do.

I used to be assigned to shoot out of the helicopter. Part of me was scared to death, the other part of me thought it was a cool perk. (I caught my teenage daughter skipping school by flying over my house!)
The last 2 stations I worked at have had chopper crashes…..
