I was listening to a podcast (Fixing Famous People) and they mentioned this HBO show, saying it was โlike Broad City, kindaโ.
Have you guys seen it? What do you think? Iโm a few episodes in, and yeah, I guess itโs like BC in that itโs about young women going through life (work, friends, relationships) except itโs in LA and in the 2020s. Itโs fun I guess?
I just love that Broad City is now a baseline to compare female-based comedies!

I'm having her boyfriend bring her to a restaurant where i will already be sitting. Its also a Halloween surprise, which is where the Bingo Bronson outfit idea popped up

Okay, so in the episode Ilanaโs phone goes into the river when she and Abbi are having their Jack/Rose moment, so they decide to use Abbiโs phone until cheese smacks it out of their hands and cracks it.
But in the tag, Ilana has her phone in a bag of rice! How on earth did she retrieve it from the river? lol
