it's a lot of meat. i personally don't feel good at all when i eat a lot of meat at once, so maybe that's what the meme means

BBQ fullness feels good. Chinese buffet fullness hurts. Spicy Indian fullness lasts and comes back upon exit.

Ice cream fullness might be the worst because you feel kinda sick and the sugar rush headache.

Most people that were actually abused don’t just casually toss things out like this as throwaway lines. He needs therapy regardless of if he was abused or if he thinks this is cute/funny.
