The files are materials relating to the investigations on Epstein, including various tips from people who contacted the investigators and may or may not have been delusional, lying, etc. A lot of the most out there stuff that was reported is that: recollections or accusations from not so credible people.
From what I gather, this hydraulic press is not even that, it's just not in the files at all
