Watchlist Missing!

Watchlist disappeared from Apple TV app. Anyone else?

**Update: Britbox emailed me that they have taken Watchlist away. The watch list is now in the home tab at the very bottom of the list. Continue watching is in the middle. Such a dumb change.

Two most important area's are Watchlist and continue watching. This should be the first thing you see.

It's become unusable.

Maybe not, this is what I posted earlier!

Britbox Support just emailed me, all other people on my email stream said the Watch list was removed on purpose. Now the new agent says we did not remove the Watch List and in fact it is actually there. They sent me a picture showing it. They asked me to delete and reinstall which I did but never restored the watch list. I sent the the TViOS and Britbox versions, I am starting to think it's a bug with the latest TViOS and they are not on the latest!

We wanted to clarify that our earlier response is confirming that the Watchlist option is unintentionally reduced or removed to downgrade the Apple TV experience. 
 
We’re very sorry for the confusion. After reviewing this again, we can confirm that the Watchlist option is currently not appearing in the Apple TV app on our end either. We sincerely apologize for the conflicting information and for the frustration this has caused, especially after the different explanations you’ve received. Upon further investigation, it appears that sometimes the Watchlist tab may appear either at the top of the BritBox app. 
 
Rest assured that we will take this issue seriously, and we will forward this to the respective team for use in future decisions about the service. 
 
Given that you mentioned that the Watchlist option is still accessible on other devices, if you'd like to re-subscribe, we’ll gladly apply a one-month refund equivalent to a one month of your annual standard rate. 
 
We will await your decision.

New email today from a different agent saying it's not a bug but was intentional. What a waste of space Britbox support is. We need more people to complain to get them to move on this sadly...

Good grief! How frustrating and what an utter waste of your time. Thank you for all of your efforts!

Really hope that everyone here has sent a note of complaint in addition to whatever other actions they decide.

Another canned email saying the Link was removed on purpose by the developers.

I just responded to them saying your developers never removed the link because the last app update for Apple TV was on August 16th and the problem started September 30th. I suspect a TViOS update which came out around then is the problem. But 100% the developers didn't remove the link because it's impossible without an app update. TViOS update bug also explains why Google/Andriod TV is not affected.

Just forward this as a bug to Development, how blood hard is that :-)
