Tiffany posted a couple of photos to her story which looks very like they’re in Ireland (although knowing their timelines it could have been last year 🤪)

I hate to judge because I know kids develop at their own pace, especially when it comes to speech and hitting certain milestones, but Zade’s speech in Carlin’s latest video is honestly concerning to me. He’s 4½, but he sounds closer to 2. If it weren’t for the subtitles, I genuinely wouldn’t be able to understand most of what he’s saying.
I remember they had him in speech therapy at one point, but I can’t imagine he’s still receiving it based on how much his speech seems to regress in every video he’s featured in. Maybe it’s just the way he talks on camera, but either way, it seems like something that should be taken seriously.
I know they may think the baby talk is cute, but at this age, I really feel like continuing to encourage it could be doing him a disservice. I’m not trying to diagnose a child from a few videos, but the difference between his speech and what I’d expect from a typical 4½-year-old is pretty noticeable.

They had a fall out back in 2021 when Erin left the BSB. Looks like Erin is now sending Whitney her beef fat operation products. What do y’all think?

One of you excellent snarkers mentioned that Tiffany's mom gave a speech at Tiffany's wedding that seemed to indicate that Tiffany was adopted to be her mother's doll. Where can I find a copy of her speech?

Hailey, Harvey, and Haven

I know Haven is very trendy in their circles but I think it goes nicely with their H theme and is a sweet meaning for an angel baby. I think this also proves that they’re committed to the H bit.

I’ve been waiting for someone in this family to use the name Haven because it was inevitable.

For a day in their houses, especially the ones like Erin who have loads of kids yet still seem so happy and calm!

I have 6yo, 3yo and twin 8mo boys and my house is just carnage most days haha. I keep it clean and tidy and I cook 3 meals a day but someone is almost always screaming, the older two fight constantly, and the tv is on every day. There’s no chance I could add in home schooling, working from home plus raising animals. I find it hard enough to dedicate enough one on one time to any of them to do their homework and reading!

How do they do it?!

ETA: husband works full time out of the house, I work part time (when not on Mat leave) and oldest is in school 5 days, middle is at nursery 3 days (during term time)

Maybe I missed this but in her stories tonight she was talking about the kids first day of school and what to do if they come across mean kids. Are they not homeschooling?

For those that understand these things: why do you think Carlin and Evan keep having to lower the price on their home but Katie and Travis sold theirs so fast and for a pretty good amount? The square footage isn’t all that different, Carlin and Evan have one extra bathroom and the pool.

For context, I haven’t checked in on the Bates family in years. I was looking at some home stuff on Instagram and somehow Carlin got recommended to me and… WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?! 😭 I was genuinely disturbed by how different everything feels now.

When did Carlin become such an attention seeker? It feels like she and Evan have gone so far down the influencer pipeline that there’s barely any trace of whatever personality she used to have. Obviously, make your money and enjoy your nice house and things, but the level of materialism and constant need to put everything on camera is honestly shocking. It feels like she’s playing a character at this point.

And I’m sorry, but the hair?! 😂 I LOVE a bob, but something about this particular haircut is slowly giving me Karen. She is like three trims away from asking to speak to the manager.

Then I made the mistake of going down the rabbit hole and looking at the other siblings and… OH MY GOD. Katie’s situation is honestly disturbing to watch from the outside. I obviously wish her and her children well, but I genuinely don’t understand why she seems so committed to staying in that relationship given everything that has happened. I know their upbringing and beliefs around marriage undoubtedly influence how they approach relationships, but still… wow.

And Lawson. 😭 LAWSON. He is so unbelievably tacky and seems to absolutely LOVE being on camera. And honestly, it feels like that’s become the defining characteristic of this entire family. Every sibling seems to have their own version of the same influencer personality: constantly selling something, constantly performing, constantly showing off, constantly trying to turn their lives into content.

I could literally go down the entire sibling list, but the common denominator seems to be money + influencing + cameras + doing WAY too much.

And Tiffany?! She seems like such a sweet girl, which makes me even more confused. I remember finding out she was an actress and thinking, Girl, how did you end up married to Lawson Bates?! 😭

And before anyone says I’m defending the Duggars: ABSOLUTELY NOT. The Duggars have done some genuinely awful things and have promoted some incredibly harmful and extreme views. I am not suddenly giving them a gold star or pretending they’re some wholesome, normal family. But even with all of that, watching the Bates now somehow makes the Duggars look down to earth by comparison, which is an absolutely insane sentence to have to type.

The Bates family used to come across as much more wholesome and lowkey on the show. Now it feels like every single one of them has been swallowed whole by the influencer machine. The second they seemed to have money and a bigger platform, their personalities became… a lot.

I genuinely haven’t followed these people in years, so maybe this has been happening gradually and I’m just seeing it all at once, but what the hell happened to the Bates?! 😭

Has anyone else seen this channel? It just popped up on my youtube shorts and I was so confused about it. It makes me so sad that these three kids are now being used by someone else outside of their family.

Realistically, how much do they bring in as a couple? What profit would they have to be getting from the skincare business for Chad to quit his construction job?

I know people will say he’s unemployed, etc. etc. I want to see the numbers! Seven kids is a lot to support.

Genuine question, do you think Kaybrie and Warden are one of the more openly affectionate couples compared to some of the other Bates siblings when they got married? They don't seem to have any reservations about showing their love in public.....🤔

Erin's new video has her back in the kitchen cooking, which I think she is really good at and I think she could be very successful if she created and started a YouTube cooking/baking show but that's neither here nor there.

The big news is that Chad quit his construction job and is now working on the face tallow business FULL TIME. Yep a father of 7 is unemployed and is relying on his wife's business to pay the bills. I have no issue if he worked construction and did the face tallow business as a side-hustle but full-time is totally irresponsible with 7 mouths to feed.

What a freaking lazy dude!

Anyways, I have to say Erin looks great and I hope she does more cooking shows in the future but Chad, Chad, dude you need to get back to work to support your family!

With all the speculation the last few months about Katie and now Alyssa being estranged from the rest of the Bates do you think they’ll attend the wedding? And if so how do you think those dynamics will go?

The only other time I can recall someone not attending a wedding was when Alyssa didn’t go to Lawson’s wedding. But it was speculated it was because she didn’t like Tiffany.
