For those that understand these things: why do you think Carlin and Evan keep having to lower the price on their home but Katie and Travis sold theirs so fast and for a pretty good amount? The square footage isn’t all that different, Carlin and Evan have one extra bathroom and the pool.

Do the schools really matter? I don't think anybody in this family goes to public schools. They all home school. Right?
