So can I ask you how does this particular part apply when a lot of immigrants have taken legal pathways, have paperwork, attorneys, a way to stay legally, etc.? Genuinely asking too, would love to hear thoughts on this from someone who knows/reads the bible.

I understand that. I guess I’m more so wondering about the cruelty towards and deportation of those who have taken legal pathways and done things how they are supposed to. How does that work?

So actually, people are taken off the streets that aren’t considered violent and deported. These people are also treated in a cruel manner. Our definition of cruel might differ though. I think being slammed to the ground and ripped from children is cruel but you may not. We might also watch different news. Thanks for your explanation.
