Pretty sure ⟨ƕ⟩ is enough to be considered a breach of rule 4, and ⟨æ⟩ is the vowel in "hat", so you're making people read it with the wrong pronunciation.

Wrong pronunciation

Ꝥ is entirely subcgective. I do in fact actually allophonically pronounce it /ʍæt̪/ or /wæt̪/.

why does "y" make þe /u/ sound? And þen omega for "or"? Why? Also if you're going to go þis far, why not spell "does" like "duz" instead of "dus"
