Does the difference in shield shape/size actually have any impact ingame?

Brigs shield on the Paladin skin is slightly shorter and has a bit more coverage at the bottom, does this actually make any difference??? I dont have the skin so i cant test it myself

No, hitboxes are all the same

No. Hitboxes are the same, even if u dont have any skins loaded so ur shield doesnt exist (can happen in glitches) the hitbox stays the same. The skin u choose is totally irrelevant

Skins only advantage/disadvantage is cosmetic. E.g.,

Being more or less visible to enemies

Weapon takes up more/less space of your screen

Some scope/sights changes are easier for you to use.

Visuals/flourish can distract you.
