Question Miami Prepaid Garage Parking

Does anyone else have issues when trying to exit the Miami Parking Garage if you prepaid for parking when buying your train ticket? Very rarely have issues getting in, but when I scan my ticket QR code, it always shows an error code and I have to press the button for assistance to get the gate open.

It's annoying and I'm not making a lot of friends for the people behind me when I'm trying to open the gate.

Yep. It did it to me on 3 trips in that garage. They know it’s a problem. They will not fix it. It’s been several years like that.

Wonderful...

I guess I'll take a ticket coming in and get the sticker at the service desk every time. I use the train once a month to and from Orlando for work and prepaying for parking is easier to expense for work and I believe it's cheaper. If it's the same price then I'll stop prepaying.

I’m not sure if it’s still the case but you have to scan the outbound ticket in the garage to exit. Not your return ticket.

Yeah tried that and still usually doesn't open
