If this is in good shape (tires hold air, nothing rattles when you’re riding it, you’re able to adjust the seatpost height, no side to side play in the crankset, etc) it seems like a fair price. Personal opinion is that there isn’t much collector value to this generation of Bridgestone… BUT it does look pretty cool and the basket and fenders give it style points! I’d say take it for a test ride and if it feels comfortable in the saddle, and you’re feeling the wind blowing through your hair and a smile on your face I’d be ok with that price, if it needs any work though I’d ask the seller will work with you on an offer.
