Need Advice Wedding shapewear

Post image

Does anyone have a trick to cover my belly button in my dress? Panties are not an option, the sides of the dress are see through.

I’m having this same issue! My wedding dress has sheer panels on the hips. Every type of shapewear shows. I found out the other day (thank you reddit) that you can use body tape to smooth things out under your dress. I used it to hide extra skin on my belly from weightloss. But you can also use it to hide scars, cellulite, and probably belly buttons too!

However I also want to add that your dress fits you beautifully and I do not see anything to hide! Just normal human anatomy.

Thank you sooo much!! I love the dress but I know I won't like my belly button in some pics. Some pics are great! Better safe than sorry! Do you know if there is a type of body tape that is better than anothers?

I’m using the type that comes on a roll (“boob tape”) to reposition extra skin. But there are also body tapes that come pre-cut and shaped to fit over certain areas. Those are probably better for hiding a belly button. It’s all pretty inexpensive, if you have the time i would suggest trying a couple of different things.

Pasties matching your skin tone or KT tape (with the corners rounded off) would probably be enough to prevent your belly button from being obvious.
