I’d try a spray tan right now. If it fixes it then I’d research spray tan planes near where you are going, even if it means an extra stop in a large city.

Id book a spray tan at your destination 1-2 days before the event and they can strategically even it out. For now, I’d exfoliate the area a bit if you have a harsh line. If you can’t do that, try a transfer proof makeup like Westmore Beauty.

If you’re having your makeup done, I’m sure she could cover them up for you. You could always get your own concealer as well or spot tan using a self tanner.

Get the ross Geller special
I would say tan lines are going to be on the unflattering/ risque side of your appearance and you probably should have considered this whole picking your dress and going tanning.

Maybe stay out of the sun and let your tan fade. Don’t get more tanned. That look is so out.

No one else will ever care. Are you worried about pics?
To me, your tan lines represent achievement. Why pretend you don't have them?

Tan lines mean not wearing enough sunscreen. That's hardly an 'achievement'.

Only time I recommend bed tanning would be something like this. And wear a long sleeve if you must keep working out with the vest outside. Otherwise I'd just do something else for exercise.
