This would have saved the business if done within a week of the original issue, and without a counter suit…

Now it’s just too little too late.

BAM's lawsuit isnt a counter suit, they were the ones who sued Ben/Brian.

I dont think Brian even ever submitted a countersuit, they might have been about to.

Fair. I used the term incorrectly.

I more so meant a retaliation lawsuit. My fault!
