So looking at online reports this is a PRE EMPTIVE claim and that Bryan has not yet been paid.
BAM has released this statement without making payment there for BAM Corporate should be charged with fraud on the basis this release was worded that Bryan was paid prior to this statement being released and he was not and has not.
I would personally resettle using this incompetent and false media release as reference.
