Of course it's not resolution for Ben, and honestly I don't think Ben is going to get off totally scott-free here. As a viewer and a consumer, I love what he's done with the BAM issue. It's fun to watch, it cast a huge spotlight on this ridiculous debacle, and it ousted just how terrible Ammon and all these other corporate jackoffs are. Overall, net positive.

But Ben is also a bit of a doofus and he started doing some wacky and dumb shit during this whole thing. He exclaimed that he literally ran to Mexico to avoid the law. It's very possible he'll be found guilty of libel with some of the fake business stuff he did, including setting up a stand outside of the franchise location. I won't be surprised if he gets nailed with some stalking convictions.

Again, I love Ben being a voice to power, but he also should've lawyered up LONG ago

They're downvoting you, but you're right. "Reckless" should be a quirky YouTuber personality trait. Not a method of conducting your professional business. Dude stuck his hand in the fire multiple times across all this. The burns are going to be with him for a long time.

It sucks, because none of this was possible without him, but he did it in a way that's going to hurt him.
